Qualifications & Experience
Simon Ponjee, owner of SP Surveying Sussex Ltd, holds a BSc(Hons) Building Surveying degree and is an AssocRICS surveyor (RICS Number: 5032628) and Registered Valuer . This combination of qualifications and experience helps ensure a knowledgeable approach to every survey and valuation.
What We Do
We carry out RICS Level 2 Surveys and RICS Red Book Valuations on residential properties. We focus on delivering clear reporting and a friendly, professional service that gives clients the information they need to make confident decisions.
